Our People

Strategy Director: Daniel Young

Dan is a pragmatic and creative strategist. He began his career in PR where he developed a passion for content and the media. In 2007, he became Head of Digital for an international PR firm where he led award winning agency teams for big brands like HP, Virgin Money and Sony. He then spent a year on the client side with eBay.

2013 represented a brand new phase in his career with the establishment of Brightpoint Digital. Launched in March 2014, Brightpoint Digital provides Dan with the opportunity to fulfil his vision for an agency that genuinely acts as a strategic partner to its clients and is an employer of choice.

  • Creative Consultant

    Tony Whittaker

    Tony is a hands-on visual creative with 20 years experience in broadcast and digital media. Tony has production experience on all levels. He divides his time between writing, shooting and editing promos, commercials and digital content.

  • Managing Director

    Peter Laidlaw

    Peter is an experienced strategic advisor and the founder of parent company Lighthouse Communications Group. He has worked as a senior journalist and ministerial advisor, and has held senior executive roles within the country’s best-known information and technology communication brands.

We're looking for a junior to mid-level project manager to work with our strategy and creative team. You will be responsible for the delivery of client campaigns, budget and resource management and some internal agency processes. We're looking for someone who loves to get stuff done, works well under pressure and has outstanding client service management skills.
